Fitness First

The fitness industry is a fast changing and competitive sector. In 2013 Fitness First invested in the development of a new brand proposition to help them to reclaim their leadership position. A big part of this involved engaging their people around the world by capturing what makes Fitness First such a special place to work.

Brandguild worked with the central leadership team to develop a values workshop that they could run with their teams around the world. We then took the output from this work and helped them to articulate the values and behaviours that would help them to win and to launch these to their people through training and communications.
